Cochon de Lait Location: Bass Pro Shop 4301 Legendary Drive Destin, Florida 32541 Starts at: 12:00 AM Ends at: 12:00 AM This is an all day event Description: Literally translates from French to English as "pig in milk", or it is called a "suckling pig". A Cochon de Lait is basically a Louisiana Cajun pig roast. The pig is slow roasted for 6 to 12 hours. That is what makes a Cochon de Lait an event rather than just cooking a meal. We will start cooking early and start serving at 11:00 AM -1:00PM. Donations will benefit Sacred Heart Hospital of the Emerald Coast Cancer Center.
